一舖腸粉，三代街坊One Stall, Three Generations of Neighbours
明記腸粉是上水近三十年的老字號，主打腸粉、豉油皇炒麵與腸粉豬皮等街頭小食，憑一碗「三式」陪伴街坊長大。二〇二三年，明記由石湖墟新康街遷至馬會道車仔麵老字號珍苑的舊址重開，老味道依舊。甜醬、麻醬、辣醬自助添加，份量由您話事——這就是明記的人情味。 Ming Kee Rice Rolls has served Sheung Shui for nearly thirty years — rice rolls, soy king fried noodles and pork skin, with the famous "three-in-one" feeding generations of neighbours. In 2023 the stall moved from San Hong Street to the old home of noodle-house veteran Chun Yuen on Jockey Club Road — the flavours never changed. Sweet sauce, sesame sauce and chilli sauce are self-serve: your roll, your rules.
